Shipping policy

Same day shipping is the order is placed before 11:59am (noon) EST local time. 

Next day shipping for orders placed afternoon. We will send confirmation once shipping has been done with the corresponding tracking number.

If we do not have the product in stock, we will contact the customer to offer alternatives or we will guarantee full refund to the same payment method.
